All orders are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. It is understood that the purchaser has read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following conditions, unless altered by the company in writing.

Disclaimer
Before using our website, please read the terms set out below. By Using this website you agree to be bound by the terms of use. We reserve the right to review and revise the terms from time to time, without prior notice. By using this site you are automatically bound by any such changes. If you find the terms to be unacceptable you must immediately terminate your use of this website.

Substitutes
Should  product be out of stock at the time of your order, we will advise possible substitutes as replacements. You are not obligated to accept our recommendation.

Returns & Refund Policy

• Goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Before returning any items the customer must telephone us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN must be quoted on paperwork accompanying the item being returned.
• Goods must be returned 'as sold', in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories.
• Goods must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged as received.
• Goods must be returned within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 7 days. You must organise the return of items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a Returns Authorisation Number. Goods received without authorisation or outside of the stipulated time limits will be returned back to you and the cost charged to your account.
• Refunds will be made by cheque.

* Refunds will be made by cheque.
* Faulty, incorrect or missing stock will carry no charge on refund.
* On credit card refunds, 6% from the value of your order will be deducted should you wish to cancel your order through no fault of Wedding Arcade (e.g cancellation of your order due to the purchasing on an incorrect product, etc....). If you are happy to accept a refund in the form of a cheque, then only 3% will be deducted from the value of your refund.

Typographical errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price. This also applies to typographical errors of product descriptions.

Pricing
Prices are all as quoted in the website. Despite our best efforts there may be errors in pricing within our online store. In the event that a price is higher we will be obliged to cancel the whole order.

Payment
Payment by credit card must be authorised before the goods can be despatched.

Shipping costs
The cost of carriage will be as quoted and is the reponsibility of the purchaser. International shipping cost rates are accurate, however in more obscure areas, outside of major cities a supplemental shipping charge may apply. In such cases the additional charge may be charged to your credit card at a later date, once we know the precise charge. In some cases where goods are shipped to addresses outside of the UK customs clearance charges may be incurred. We have no way of knowing in advance what these charges may be. In such cases any charges incurred will be charged to the purchases credit card at a later date.

Delivery
You must make sure you are available to take delivery or the carriers will charge an additional delivery charge for re-delivery which we will debit from your card. Please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address to avoid the extra charge for re-delivery.

Legal Status of Products
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enquire as to whether any products being purchased require an Import License for the country to which they are to be sent. Gadgets Arcade can accept no responsibilty for goods held at customs, or confiscated, because an Import License is required at the country of destination.

Handling Complaints
All complaints should be sent by email to sales@weddingarcade.com. All complaints will be acknowledged within 10 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a two week period. The consumer will be informed throughout the process.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Warranty
All goods sold have the benefit of a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise stipulated on this website.
The company shall not be responsible for:

• - Any defects resulting from wear and tear, accident or improper use by the purchaser or user.
• - Unless confirmed by the company in writing, the company does not warrant that the product/s purchased are suitable for the particular use as required by the purchaser.
• - The company may, at its discretion, accept goods for refund, always subject to the goods being returned in perfect condition, complete with all accessories. Full packaging must also to be in perfect condition.
• - The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods for repair and for the return carriage costs of goods being sent back after repair.

Statutory Rights
Nothing contained within our Terms and Conditions in any way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.

Consequential Loss
The company shall not be liable for any loss sustained or for any personal damage to any property whatsoever, or howsoever arising directly out of, or in consequence of the use of equipment supplied by the company, including, but not limited to loss of profits and liability to third parties.

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall at all times be construed in accordance with, and subject to, the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
